What happens to your information.
Stated plainly, because operational problems are usually commercially sensitive.
This website collects nothing
No cookies are set. No analytics, tracking pixels or third-party scripts run. There is no contact form and no database. Nothing you do on these pages is recorded, which is why you were not asked to accept anything when you arrived.
When you get in touch
Contact is direct — by telephone, email or LinkedIn. If you email or call, the information you provide is used for one purpose: to respond and, if the work proceeds, to scope it. It is not added to a mailing list, not shared with third parties and not used for marketing.
Correspondence is retained while the enquiry or engagement remains live, and for as long afterwards as is needed for contractual and accounting purposes. Ask at any time and it will be deleted.
Client confidentiality
Diagnostic work means access to transactional, commercial and operational data. That material stays with the client. It is held only for the duration of the engagement, used only for the agreed scope, and returned or destroyed on completion. Non-disclosure agreements are signed as a matter of course, and client security and IT policies take precedence over ours.
No client is named on this website or in any proposal without written permission. The results published here are stated as measured outcomes against a baseline, with the organisation and any identifying detail removed.
Your rights, and who to ask
Under UK data protection law you may ask what personal data is held about you, request its correction or deletion, and object to its use. Requests go to info@transformxc.co.uk and are answered within one month. If you are not satisfied with the response you may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
